Yesterday saw a very welcome break from the office with a trip to the delightful town of Old Windsor.
For every wedding that I photograph I always do a pre-wedding photoshoot. Sometimes at the venue or sometimes somewhere that the couple like to go.
A couple of years back I photographed Abby & Darren at St Pancras station because they had met travelling on the train. Other times I have photographed in the middle of Cambridge in the height of the tourist season, wherever the couple want to go ….
Yesterday it was a trip to Windsor and Beaumont House for a meeting and photoshoot with Nilusha & Andy who are holding their reception there in August of this year.
They are lovely couple and have an exciting day planned for their wedding which will take place at The Methodist Church in Windsor for the first ceremony. Guests are then being transported to Beaumont where there will also be a Sri Lanka wedding ceremony in the afternoon. As a wedding photographer I always enjoy the wide diversity of different wedding ceremonies so I am particularly looking forward to photographing what I am sure will be a great day!
